"A joy to celebrate my husband's special birthday here. We enjoyed 3 nights of wonderful care and help from a brilliant, attentive reception team, especially Sara and Richard. Nikolai was so kind driving us to places to eat in the village in the evening. A special shout out for the young barman, whose name I didnt get, whose English is exceptional. The hotel is ideally placed for the village, the island and the Unesco Sacro Monte. The Couples Symposium in the Wellness Suite was a real treat....

"We stayed just one night before our flight out of Milano to wrap up our vacation. The front desk was welcoming and helpful. He arranged for our taxi the next morning and assured us the night person would prepare our caffe before we left. Dinner at the adjoined restaurant was delicious!! "

"On business I need a nice room, good wi-fi, easy parking, breakfast and attentive staff. The Bussola provides all these. It's away from the centre of Novara, but for me that's not a drawback. There are restaurants within walking distance. Parking is close by in the street. Breakfast is as expected in Italy. There's no bar but beer and other drinks may be purchased from the reception.
