"Good location for travelling to/from Santander ferry, dog friendly too.Reasonable menu del dia, one very hard pillow on the bed is very un comfortable, really need a softer one aswell.No spare in wardrobe . Did not have a good sleep after our long drive. Take your own teabags, theirs are awful."

"The hotel itself was nice enough but we were very disappointed on arrival to find that the bar and the restaurant were both closed for reasons my Spanish was not good enough to understand. The promised restaurants in the village turned out to also be closed but we were eventually able to find some snacks at a bar. Having specifically booked a place with bar and restaurant it is very annoying to have to traipse around finding something to eat after a day's travelling. "

The hotel location was perfect, eventhough there was a street party well into the early morning. I cannot compliment the Horel Receptionist. She was very helpful and courteous ... 5 srars out of 5."
