"This used to be a 5 star hotel but badly needs refurbishment. It looks like it has had no maintenance for ages. The wooden slats are rotting and dont feel safe underfoot.The doors dont close properly and the shower/bath are really worn out. So in the end you get what you pay for. "we booked 2 rooms for 5 nights and were housed in the main block furthest from reception. Rooms were smaller than others I have stayed at in area, but came with balcony and decent size shower room. Tea/coffee making means was not available, so we ended up buying a kettle at Lotus store a short drive away. Location was important factor in chosing this hotel.
