Spoke to reception told them I’ve just drove 4 hours .and I can not stay hotel as it was as described & am leaving to drive back another 4 hours to Kraków . They agreed their would be no charge and I left ..so I paid for a hired car I didn’t need and a full tank Petrol .."

"It is potentially a 5-star property. Wonderful reception area. Absolutely amazing, spacious room, with shower, comfortable bed, TV. Excellent breakfast. My primary issue is that I checked in after 10pm and checked out around Noon. I was never able to use the sauna as a result. I paid double what I could have in Rzeszow in order to treat myself to the Wellness sauna and jacuzzi. But couldn't use it. I've been driving vehicles to Ukraine for a couple of months and was really looking forward to...

"Spa hotel Splendor is a very well set up spa hotel which offers the full range of spa-type treatments. When I stayed it seemed to be nearly empty so it was quite lonely. With no other buildings for a couple of miles in all directions it is pretty cut off from any kind of local community so don't stay here if you like to stroll down the high street after dinner."
