"Property was lovely and lush and beautiful. The pool was also nice although a bit cool. We were there on a Monday night and there was nowhere to eat in the area within walking distance. There was an issue with hot water but to be fair we didn’t call the front desk to get it fixed. Staff were very helpful and tried to be even more so even when there was a language barrier. Breakfast was a nice touch. It was very quiet when we were there with just a few other rooms occupied. "

"Hotel is about a 3 star. Rooms are ok except need new towels and pillows. A little noisy at night due to dogs, cars, and the refrigerator cycling ever 10 minutes or so. Breakfast was meager."

"The hotel does not look like much on the outside, from the road or parking lot, but once inside, it is a fine hotel with a great staff. The location is great, (short) walking distance to a couple of great restaurants, and the swimming pool is very large and very well maintained. We ate breakfast in the hotel restaurant on the weekend (buffet) and on a weekday morning (menu). Both were excellent. The buffet had a great selection of Thai and American dishes, plenty of eggs, meats, fruits, and...

"Restaurant service and food was terrible. The worst food we had in ages. Room was very dirty, full of insects esp. ants and spider webs Bed sheet were not clean Bathroom was infected by mold Room had stunk of high humidity Door lock was broken !! Terrible place "

"Everyone was great here. Jim was especially very helpful and friendly. He definitely defines what Thai culture is about. Always smiling and friendly. I couldnt ask for a better hotel and staff. It was under a little construction but it never effected my stay. Big thumbs up to this hotel. Bed was comfy as well."
