"Our 3rd stay here. It is convenient, comfortable and staff very friendly. Little blip this time though as bedside lights weren't fixed when we reported it and not during our stay. Bed was great but could be comfier with a matress topper perhaps? Just suggestions really and it wont deter us from staying there again."

"Our room was ready on arrival (before the 2.30 check-in time too). We upgraded to a Quay View Room which was great. Really big room and a good view. Small fridge was handy. We were given complimentary drinks vouchers when we checked-in as a celebration for my birthday. This was really appreciated. We never used the spa at all and only had drinks in the bar area - no meals at all. Parking was easy and cost £6.50 per night. The only small issue was the hot water in the shower, which wasn't overly...

We did have a bit of an issue with double payment being taken, but this was refunded as soon as we made the manager aware. Meal was nice and very well presented (though we were the only people eating so not much atmosphere). Staff all very professional and polite. Sure we will be back again at some point."
