Lets be positive...the staff were all very friendly and attentive and the manager (whose name I missed but has a nice dog) was very good in dealing with my complaint and said that she had only recently joined and recognised there was a lot to do. The plan was to spend a couple of days at the hotel relaxing in the grounds and making use of the pool etc however we decided to cut short our stay due to a number of reasons; Our room was the smallest in the Chateau and not really big...

"We had the two teenage boys with us, so we're surprised to be put in a disabled room with disabled facilities (the bathroom resembled a hospital bathroom). The beds were not adequate with my husband who is 6'2 and myself having the two single beds, the boys refused to share the queen sized badly worn bed, therefore one of my sons slept on the floor.
