"All of the staff at the Kokopo Beach Bungalow Resort were both friendly and helpful. The hauswin restaurant had excellent food in every night with quick and efficient service. I was a little disappointed that I didn’t get the chance to sample their lobster dishes during our short stay, but I understand that with fresh locally caught fish it’s down ti what comes in on the day. They other sea food was top notch! "

"Went to check in prepared with confirmation number and booking email but front office staff were clueless, said there was no booking, had no idea about Wotif. Took 20 minutes for them to find a senior manager and be directed to get a room prepared. Once in the room, the facilities were fine and the room was quite reasonable but front office staff need a lot of training, especially given the competitive market for accommodation in Moresby these days."
