"This was an amazing property with great customer service BUT when we arrived at our room, it seemed someone had already been there. There was food left in the room and wet carpet by the bathroom. Also the hand soap and shampoo had one a little bit which was inconvenient once I took my kids inside the shower and it finished. I had to use my own shampoo. This was supposed to be a suite I paid for and it was not well serviced before we got there. The customer service people are very nice but don't...

"Konaklamamız genel anlamda iyiydi. Sahibini Mehmet bey ve ekibi çok kibardı bize karşı. Oda konforluydu. Çok huzurlu bir otel. Ancak olumsuz anlamda değineceğim tek nokta temizlik konusuydu. Kaldığımız odanın camları çok kirliydi. Mutfaktaki aygaz üzerinde lekeler vardı. Bunlar en çok göze çarpan şeylerdi. Onun dışında bir problem yok. "
