"Hotel staff made my staff very smooth. This was my first time in Seoul. First the shuttle to get to the hotel was smooth and was explained very well on how to find and times for pick up. Also I checkout early but not early enough because I missed my flight but again they made checking back in very easy just handed me a key back to my room. "

"Beautiful property, but it was very inconvenient to go to the indoor pool from Ocean tower. There was no direct access and we had to walk around the shopping area to go around the building to enter."
