"Welcoming receptionist (Lana?), room clean and as expected newly decorated and presented well. 1 teabag and 2 coffee sachets but no milk. However we were welcome to use breakfast coffee machine although didn’t stay for breakfast it looked good. Good vets for our dog before returning to the UK, on D243 25 min walk or 2-3 min drive away. "

"This little hotel was a great surprise for a last minute stay. Was very clean and the bed I had was very good, room 15. The late night staff could have been a little nicer. Property description said they spoke English, that was not the case. Morning staff was little rude when I walked around the lobby, because my stay did not include the breakfast. However they did make up for it with an expression. Other than that I would recommend if you are staying in Chantilly. "

"We booked this for our last night of vacation because it looked beautiful in the pictures online. It did not disappoint in person. The staff were so helpful and welcoming at the front desk. They even showed us to our room and asked if it didn’t meet our expectations, we could look at another room. The room was a suite with a lovely sitting room and gorgeous view of the lake. "Our bikes were safely stored overnight in the bike shed which put our minds at ease. Nicely decorated room. Good breakfast. Helpful staff. Nice town to visit."

"샹티이 지역을 방문하기에 최적의 장소입니다. 샹티이 성과 말 박물관 등과도 가까운 위치이고, 리조트에 맞게 넓은 로비, 부대시설(다만, 헬스장은 없고 런닝머신만 있습니다.) 등 편의성이 좋습니다. 24개월 미만의 아이와 함께 여행에 아주 편안하게 숙박했으며 아이가 먹기에도 좋은 조식, 큰 욕조가 있습니다. 욕조에 들어가기 위한 높이가 좀 높아서 위험할 수는 있지만, 어메니티(NUXE) 등 만족도가 높았습니다."
