"Excellent experience lovely stay away with friends. Great customer service under difficult circumstances due to weather phones not working and power cuts. Staff handled it very well. A few drawbacks though for a Hotel with this many stars no bottled water in the room and the rooms were quite cool "

Sofas are worn, carpets have holes in them, bathrooms need showers instead of baths (especially for the older) Having to walk outside to get to the pool. It also is very tired and outdated Gardens are beautiful and kept immaculate "
