"The townhouse was great and had a nice view. It fit our extended family well. There isn't much in the immediate area other than a small grocery store, but the nature reserve and the two of Eden is nearby. The only minor problem we had was that the lock on the front door needed to be fixed before we could enter which took a few minutes. "

We had a nice cosy dinner next to the chimney and the waiters were always available. The dinner was delicious, so was the rich lebanese breakfast that we had while enjoying a breathtaking view of the snowy highest peaks of lebanon. The staff was more than welcoming and even offered us a late checkout We had a nice escape...

"This was a HORRIBLE experience. No room heating at all despite the snow outside. For hot water; you have to inform by 2-hours prior to your need to have a shower, otherwise it is with freezing water. Getting out of the hotel; your feet stick deep down in the snow with no snow removal facilities. No WiFi at all."
