"The convenience of having everything you need in the building is great. However, for the price you pay for the rooms some amenities should be included. The breakfast buffet is on par with continental breakfast but you pay $10.99/person. The pool is great but you'll also pay extra to use that. One elevator was also out of order which seems to be common and leads to long waits for the working elevators."

"We stayed with our 3-year-old and 1.5-year-old. The room was clean and great for us. There was always warm/hot water whenever we bathed, which was often because we were in the pool a lot. The small kid pool was cold, the larger pool was warmer, and the hot tub was hot. Everyone enjoyed themselves, playing and swimming in the larger pool and the hot tub. "Clubhouse is always our "go to" stay in Fargo. This was our first time booking it through Expedia, so I was a little surprised at an extra amenity fee when we checked out, but if it is for the breakfast, it is totally worth it. It is a beautiful hotel in a great location. "
