"We stayed at Hyatt during visit to Yinchuan in Dec 2017. It's like a home away with gym, pool and comfortable spacious room with good view plus wifi. Convenient location, there is a 24 hours food courts / outlets and a shopping mall nearby. The hotel serves wholesome breakfast."

However, my friend got locked out of his room due to technical error of the door lock. It surprised us as this hotel is rather new and this has never happened to me in other Hyatt hotels in the world. Hyatt should look into this."
