"Room was nice but shower heads need replaced they are not working . Also their free breakfest was a joke ! We order from menu and seat next to others . Others must have been walk in their meals come out and looked like a plate full. We got ours and could have put both meals on a coffee cup saucer. Three bites and eggs were gone .... but they were good. Also three pancakes size of half dollars .ask for aecond cup of coffee and witness got upset telling me i qould have to pay for it . "The room is very dusty. The aircon was also dusty. We keep on sneezing inside the room because I and my brother is allergic to dust. The rate for the room doesn’t give justice to what we experienced. It's not reasonable. The toilet exhaust fan doesn’t function and there’s an annoying sound coming out from it. I hope that you "

"Bathroom amenities and breakfast can be improved"

"We did not expect that the condition of the room is such. The room was not prepared for occupancy. The sink was not cleaned. The same with the bathroom with no toilet paper. The TV cannot be operated using the remote that we have to call the office for help. We are supposed to stay for 4 nights but has to checked out the next day because of the unfavorable condition. I have to tell the office staff person to clean the room as it has not been cleaned prior to our use. Her respond was SORRY. I...

"Stafff great! Breakfast staff are excellent!"

"The water pressure in shower was very bad. The shower door was very hard to open. I had to ask the staff twice for blankets and face towels. They never brought the face towels. While i was finishing up my poll game the staff turned out the lights.and I couldn't see, i fell with a beer bottle in my hand and cut it in two places. Staff sis not assist and Office s did not have first aid kit. Hotel is also built on cemetery lot where dead people are buried who couldn't afford a proper burial."
