"The room is very dusty. The aircon was also dusty. We keep on sneezing inside the room because I and my brother is allergic to dust. "We did not expect that the condition of the room is such. The room was not prepared for occupancy. The sink was not cleaned. The same with the bathroom with no toilet paper. The TV cannot be operated using the remote that we have to call the office for help. We are supposed to stay for 4 nights but has to checked out the next day because of the unfavorable condition. I have to tell the office staff person to clean the room as it has not been cleaned prior to our use. Her respond was SORRY. I...

"Love this place.. rooms in chalet can use renovation. Water leaks on the floor due to poor placement of air conditioner, fridge is really old and non functional. Staff are fantastic always are helpful and one of the reason I am generous to them. We received top-notch customer service from the staff. "The water pressure in shower was very bad. The shower door was very hard to open. I had to ask the staff twice for blankets and face towels. They never brought the face towels. While i was finishing up my poll game the staff turned out the lights.and I couldn't see, i fell with a beer bottle in my hand and cut it in two places. Staff sis not assist and Office s did not have first aid kit. Hotel is also built on cemetery lot where dead people are buried who couldn't afford a proper burial."
