"decent hotel, overpriced. basic breakfast."

"Our hotel room was very dirty with many small insects, lizards and other mosquitos. They were running around. On complaining, they gave us a second room which was even worse. The manager was called and he was very aggressive with me. I feared for our lives. He shouted and pointed at me and moved towards me informing me that my complaint was not valid. Point black he refused to even try a third room and told us to get out of his hotel. Avoid at all costs!"

"Wasn’t able to phone hotel for assistance after l had paid and couldn’t find it, no phone number anywhere and l am a Brit in Thailand. It was very cheap but very basic. The sheets might have been clean but nothing around me gave me that confidence. Ideal backpacker maybe"

"Some facilities should be maintained like refrigerator, boiler, etc. The bathroom cleanliness is below standard. "
