" paid £410 for a 2 night stay. Upon check in I was presented with a list of rules (empty bins, strip beds on departure amongst others) and asked for a €400 deposit for any potential breakages of which couldn’t be processed due to restrictive refund policies. The attitude and lack of help and welcome from staff was the worst I’ve ever experienced. No attempt to understand or put things right. The propertiy was amazing just like the pictures. "Less to do for younger age range on site. Spacious property with most of what you need, although no toaster. "

"Nice concept but poorly managed. Guests were tolerated as long as they behaved otherwise they would be fined. Cleanliness poor, terrace dangerously slippery and one of us with a bad back fell. Welcome pack reads like a punishment menu."

"I was traveling with a large group and it would have been much more expensive to stay in hotels. This place was perfect. With the kitchen we were able to eat breakfast in and save money. It was great "

"The house I was assigned had a front door that would not close or lock. I had to put a broom behind the door at night so it would not blow open, since I got there later at night nobody was available to fix it until the next day. They did fix it the next day but the day after it had the same issue again, luckily I was checking out that day and it was no longer my issue. Otherwise it's located in a nice area and the house was cute but also not very clean, allot of dust and floors and bathrooms...

"I loved everything about my stay. From the greeting on arrival, to the lovely room which has been given so much thought from design to the little things left for the guest, ear buds for example. The corridors give a great feel. The staff are super friendly and smiley. I loved it more than many hotels i have stayed."

Convenient location, lovely place to stay

"We chose to stay here as we were visiting Efteling - we were very pleased with the location as it is about 10 minutes’ walk away from the park! Free parking with EV charging by RFID card. There is a supermarket round the corner and a couple of restaurants dotted about not too far away. The room was lovely and breakfast was delicious, lots of options at the buffet. Would definitely stay again."
