"Very modern and clean hotel. Restaurants and bars close by. Parking space just beside the hotel. The staff was very friendly. I can speak a little Japanese, but the front office staff did a great job for checking in and explain everything in English. Kitchen staff at breakfast the next morning also very friendly. Due to that, we felt very comfortable and welcomed. I have stayed in many APA Hotels already - this one was one of the best. "

"I stayed at this hotel once last year. No problems at the desk then. This year the woman at the desk tried the whole "local police require us to photocopy the ID of all foreign guests" ruse which is not how the Minpaku and Hotel law works in Japan. I showed them the law which I have bookmarked on my phone and they relented. However, because of this embarrassing episode I will not be staying here again.
