"Incredible high floor view of everything north of downtown Sendai, including the Sendai Dai Kannon statue. The room was very large, quiet, and felt very luxurious, including the great smelling bath salts. Staff was extremely helpful and courteous. They greet you on the first floor and handle luggage, then direct you to the 25th floor lobby where check-in happens. "We did not use the onsen and we were only here for one night. Things to note… it’s very hard to travel around this area! No Ubers lol. We were able to get people to call us taxis so make sure to have cash! We loved our traditional room, I just wish for foreigners they had instructions. Other than that, we had a great stay :) very peaceful and beautiful area. The view of the mountain was awesome! "

"The bath overlooking the bay was wonderful! But the damaged area immediately below the bath really needs to be cleaned up. The room was spacious and comfortable, with delightful sea views. It was frustrating that Expedia's page represented that only breakfast was included at this hotel, but it turned out that both dinner and breakfast were included.
