"The Casa Gangotena was perfection! The hotel itself is beautiful and the staff was gracious and attentive. We stayed in a very comfortable, large room with a spectacular view of the Plaza de San Francisco. We enjoyed breakfast and a wonderful dinner at the hotel and loved that the menu included local cuisine. Plus, the prices were reasonable - we would have easily paid twice as much at home for a meal of the same caliber. You also shouldn't miss a late afternoon cocktail on the rooftop!"

"Un hotel practico, limpio, bien ubicado. Sin muchas amenidades que supongo tienen que ver con ser ecológico. El cuarto es minimalista, con poco espacio para guardar cosas. Las toallas son como de internado, practicas y te proveen lo mínimo. El servicio es atento y amable, el restaurante tiene una buena carta… para comida y cena. El desayuno es igual que el hotel, da sustento pero no es nada memorable."

"We picked this gem of a hotel for its location in the heart of the old town, with views that are simply spectacular. It feels less like a hotel and more like staying in someone’s grand mansion. The breakfast, prepared by a sweet grandmother, was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. The suites have towering ceilings that transport you to another time.
