There was no indoor heating in the rooms, but the bed had two heated blankets that kept us comfortable at night. We brought our 6-month old baby and they were very accommodating. Between Hotels.com and the hotel owner, I was charged for last minute extra stay and last minute cancelation from the owner even after the site chat session had received a waiver directly from the owner over the phone. I followed directions to cancel via app but evidently the owner charged my card stating she's providing me a break. I understand the business aspect of it and agreement...
