Allerdings ist man wirklich auf ein Auto angewiesen, denn im nahen Ortskern gibt es außer ein paar, bei uns leider geschlossenen Geschäften nichts nennenswertes. Außerhalb der Saison ist es außerdem schwierig, Aktivitäten im näheren Umkreis zu finden. Da hilft natürlich das inkludierte Schwimmbad, das allerdings auch oft zu gut besucht ist. "Very dissapointed. Paid about €200 for a night, booked one family room, and got two separate rooms. There was no complimentary shower gel, no soap in one of the room, no bottles of water. Taps in sinks, bath and shower had not much pressure. TV in one room didn't work. Breakfast very poor and limited. Came by 9pm with 3 little hungry kids and the restaurant was already closed. Nice and huge bath in one of the room, like a little swimming pool. "

"The staff were amazing, polite, friendly and helpful. The hotel it’s self was stunning, all the facilities were perfect and the views were outstanding. I had an amazing stay and even though the construction was going on it didn’t interrupt anything. It was lovely and relaxing and I highly recommend. "

"All in all, I had a wonderful time. This first, so what comes next is a differentiation of "wonderful". Considering the price of the Robinson Club Fleesensee, I think that there were a few unnecessary draw-backs. 1. On the first morning, I asked for boiling water. They only had lukewarm water, but you cannot get a proper tea out of lukewarm water. After 10 minutes, they came back, apologizing for the day, but tomorrow I would get an electric kettle for my tea. "THe hotel and grounds are amazing, the best spa I have been too - the outdoor pool at night was the highlight. The guy playing the piano in the bar was also a nice touch. "

"Amazing location, great spa and comfortable rooms. The breakfast variety was great and the food delicious. The castle could use some upgrade and a more modern design, but the place is still unique."
