"Very noisy especially if you got the room next to the road, can hear all the vehicles zoom by can't sleep. Only 1 power socket. WiFi is slower than a 1 year old toddler. Walk in price much cheaper @ 100 rm"

"Great in theory, but it’s a little tired. Only one of the dining options was open, which was a challenge given it’s a long way from anything else. The pool is gorgeous but closes at 6, and the breakfast left a lot to be desired. Overall it was fine, but not what I expected for the price paid"

"1) Hope to have more accessible features inside bathroom. Floor is slippery. 2) Room aircon seems to be non-adjustable. Extremely cold at night. Feels stuffy when aircon is switched off. even got mosquitos. 3) Variety of TV channels seems better than when we last visit 2-3 years ago. Room service staff is considerate to put more bottles of mineral water for us . 4) Conciege staff are helpful when assisting us with the luggage and my mum who is with wheelchair. "Generally, ok. Service was good. The daily breakfast spread hot section changes everyday which was refreshing. However, the wall paper was kind of old and peeling. Canndo with a refresh."
