"The hotel was closed on arrival at 10:02 p.m. ... after a long discussion we were checked in .... they informed us that they had no telephone number from us and therefore could not contact us beforehand ... a joke! The double room was clearly too expensive for the price of 131 euros plus an additional 4.50 euros tourist tax without breakfast for 2 nights ... smelled of mold and was cold on arrival. There are better overnight stays in the surrounding area ... we don't sleep there anymore ... the...

"This is a wonderful hotel near the Vienna airport but it is outside of the Vienna city limits. The food is amazing, the beds are very comfortable and the staff are wonderful. It costs about $38E for an Uber ride into the city. There are no trollies or subways near the hotel. "
