"Returning customer and didn’t disappoint. This is a great hotel for families because the rooms are spacious and if you are going to the village the shuttle is amazing no need to use your car when you stay at this hotel because of the free shuttle service. The only reason it’s not getting 5 stars for the property is because they have now closed the indoor pool which sucks because it was a great addition for kids in the winter. Really amazing restaurants and coffee shops not in the village about 13 min drive away that you can check out instead of paying village prices. 83 Nord amazing coffee shop and small grocery store and an amazing Italian restaurant called Le Vieux Fort "

"Such a beautiful setting with a lovely outdoor hot tub. Rooms are sparsely decorated. "

"I spent one night in November 2024 there and I can say, almost everything was over my expectations! The breakfast was great ! Room was clean and nice Bathroom was clean (I didn’t use shower) Overall everything was great The only negative point was that there was no elevator to go to second floor. (But it was still ok for me since the whole building had 2 floors)"

"We had a pleasant stay at microtel. Everything was top-notch. Pool and hot tub were so relaxing and slide was so much fun! On our last night, we went to dine in at the restaurant next door and it was amazing. Would’ve gone there for every meal if known earlier. Also, the coffee at the buffet might be my most favourite ever!!! "

"We encountered a couple of issues but they were addressed by the hotel on check out. The hotel was perfectly located in the pedestrian village and was an easy walk to everything. Recommend the valet parking as it was cheaper than the public parking lot. The restaurant was amazing and you get a $15 credit every time you dine there."
