"The staff members are very friendly and helpful. We need the oxygen bottle and the hotel has prepared the oxygen bottle for us every day. It is great! "

"Good location and good service. However, the property is falling apart. Furnishings are outdated and filthy. Couch had sweat stains and other deep stains. Rug full of dirt and stains. Windowsills full of dust and grime. Curtains show dark areas full of dirt. Awful smell. Do not recommend."

"Ok in general I loved this hotel. It's super unique and so cute the bungalows they offer. However a few issues... very cold which is understood but they don't have solar power water heaters which could have helped. They forgot to turn the gas on for us to use hot water. The bungalow while lovely was cold. There are other designs that could let the sunlight and and make it warmer. The internet hardly works here. Plus they offer all these services that were not available. And then I thought...

"Very big apartment, big kitchen and bathroom, comfortable bed. Good location, safe. Staff super helpful, able to book us cabs and help with itinerary. Good breakfast and restaurant on site. Great spa- massage."

"Excellence hotel, small and cozy, interesting guests. It is located in the embassy area and steps away from the Yellow line gondolas (important in La Paz) Management and staff very helpful and friendly, going out of their way to make suggestions to improve your La Paz experience."
