"The building design is amazing, the views and the peace that we felt there was incomparable. The grass around the pool is not convenient as it gets very wet and slippery, the breakfast could be improved but the lunch and dinner options were great. We made a reservation to stay in the room with a pool since August but it was already occupied, we were offered a different room with ocean view instead but was a bit small for the family. "New management and staff members at this facility do not live up to Selina’s standards that I’ve expected. Kitchen was filthy and inadequate. Central ground is covered with only dirt and completely uninviting. I got sick for 2 days, including swollen lips (like a bad Botox job) after having their seafood pasta. Bottomline, I will never study at Selina Palamino again, as long as the same management continues to operate there."

We stayed in the suit with a private pool that turned out to be a jacuzzi but the jets were not working. The food was good but it’s only vegetarian. The walk to beach is about 15 mins, and the walk to the mains street is about 15 min but at night was very dark so we drove. "

Questions were asked which made the check-in process feel intrusive - other hotels in Colombia have not asked me half the questions this place did. "The place lacks a lot of organization in everything, they also changed the food every day I was there, they only served eggs and leftovers from the previous day for breakfast. The food was horrible. The organization of the tours was horrible. I will return in 10 years when they are more organized. A lot of money for bad service."
