"This property will be one of my favorite properties for a number of reasons. When you leave the airport and see the van, they have to pick you up. You know you've picked the right hotel. The van is clean and spacious with beautiful Graphics on the side, so you already feel like a VIP walking out of the airport. The front desk staff is very accommodating and able to answer any of your questions, set up reservations at partner, restaurants, and arrange transportation in and out of the town. The room that we stayed in was the tent room, and we absolutely loved it. The best part was that there was not a television inside, but an old-time radio that we listened to whenever we were in our room. The room is beautifully done, and the views in every direction are amazing. Hopefully, you'll be lucky enough to catch a sunrise, sunset, and a rainbow while you're there from your balcony. I can't say enough good things about this property and their team."

"After checking out of an emotionally cold and expensive 5 star resort, I was so happy to have experienced Palau Central Hotel. The staff are accomodating genuinely, happy and friendly. Nothing is a problem. I really appreciated the courtesy drop offs to restaurants etc, the Canoe Bar adjoining the hotel is iconic and fun. Big comfy beds great air conditioning and big rooms too. "It was the cheapest option for me. I seemed to be the only guest so my shared bathroom was my private bathroom. The place was spotless and clean. The little extras like the toiletries were a bonus. The fridge was great to have in a hot island. The kettle was a bonus. Even the pool was great and unexpected. They offer accommodate only maybe more during high season. No bar, restaurant or sunbathing by the marina or pool. The staff are great, friendly and super helpful. "
