"Lodge was nice. It’s older but they are doing their very best to maintain. Gardens and trees were mature. Pretty! Monkeys were fun to watch as they played and clambered through the trees. Food was good but limited options. Breakfast that was included was really good! Staff were kind and helpful. Shop was small, some souvenirs. "We had a wonderful stay at this hotel for 2 days. We were 4 adults with 2 rooms and thwy were both beautiful!!! The hotel is so beautifully decorated and thw grounds are stunning. The staff were so friendlu and helpful. David and joanni at thw front desk were phenomenal. "Honey Badger Lodge has a cabin like feel to the hotel. The property is well maintained and has wildlife like monkeys and tortoise which were pleasent to see. Some things it can improve on are being prepard for clients arrival. When we checked in, the lamp in our room did not have a lightbulb, and we were given flashlights to use on our first night. "I arrived late in the hostel and found it fully empty. There was even anybody in the reception. Tried to call someone and no reply. Had to wait for another 2 hours and with the help of hotels.com customer service, someone arrived. So definetelly, the security needs to be improved in this hostel. Everything else is good, rooms are basic but comfortable. I stayed in double room and it has mosquito net and fan, the bed is very spacious and comfortable. "
