"House full of home feel, very warm, tidy, clear indication of all facilities of the house. House owner came to say hi to us, we feel very comfortable. Also owner ready lots of food and drinks for us. An excellent experience. Definitely will come back. "

"Great hotel right in the middle of the shopping and dining streets, in between the main station and Ritsurin Gardens. Rooms were clean, quiet and modern, but the lobby smelled a bit from the indoor smoking area."
