Once issue was resolved (between Expedia and hotel) we received no apology. Door key failed to work one night and had to spend 2 hours waiting for them to drill door open, forcing us to change rooms. Again poor communication throughout issue. Outside of these issues, the hotel was clean and provided all basic requirements, however photos do not match current...
