"It is a clean place with friendly personnel and good customer service. But when I was watching TV in the room at night, some channels were disconnected for a short time and I had to wait for the service to return to normal. The staff are very friendly. They sent some welcome treat, a bowl of Chinese sweet soap to my room in the evening. From a highly satisfied first comer. "
