"This is a very decent hotel that has a great, quiet location, 15 minutes by foot from the center of Novigrad and away from the tourist noise and hubbub. The staff are very professional and helpful, the property is very clean, brunch style breakfast is very abundant. One drawback regarding food is that there are no kosher options; basically any meat other than pork is hard to find. The rooms are okay but they are really small and that’s the other drawback. "First the positive: this is a fine hotel with nice facilities and nice beach access within walking distance of Novigrad center. The breakfast buffet is amazing. Good spa / gym. The staff really try to be helpful - and they were helpful with several requests. Now the negative - our room was dirty when we arrived - there was a dried blood spot on one duvet cover, there were hairs in the bathroom and an old bar of soap still in the shower. The hairs in the bathroom I noticed when I arrived but...

"Excellent room size and bed. Very good bathroom products. Breakfast was very good but expensive and very difficult to order only a few items as menu was fixed. Nearby restaurant was very good. Staff had limited knowledge about local events, eg we were not informed of Ironman event which closed all roads around us for 18 hrs."

"Had city facing room, which actually had a partial sea view. Nice hotel, a little dated with darker wood finish but good size room with tall windows. Bed comfortable, safe provided, fridge but no tea/coffee making facility. Good breakfast. Hotel is about a 15 min walk from bus station. We were there towards end of season so hotel quiet on check in but got a little busier. Enjoyed stay."
