"Beautiful location. Comfortable room, and a wonderful warm welcoming family. We had dinner there, which was excellent. Breakfast super also. Highly recommended - warm Turkish hospitality at its best."

"We chose to stay in this hotel because we were going for a short ski trip and wanted to stay somewhere that had spa facilities, a restaurant and a bar to relax in the evenings. When we arrived they told us that none of the spa facilities were open as advertised, they only had the breakfast restaurant open so no evening meals were being offered and the bar was not open either. None of this was told to us before we arrived. After complaining to Expedia they said nothing could be done and the hotel...
