"We were completely locked in the train station and unable to get out early in the morning for our flight. A complete fire hazard. We used a spoon to jimmy open a construction door to get out into the parking lot. The rest of the doors were barred closed."

"Very pleasant stay for 5 nights. Automated check-in was easy and straightforward. The room was small for 3 people, but adequate and clean. Excellent proximity to suburban train. Easy access to groceries, ATM, and local restaurants. About 15 minute train ride to central Copenhagen. We had Copenhagen Cards so no added expense for the trains. Even my picky wife was satisfied! "This property is GREAT value for money. Everything you could possibly want in one place. The location is exceptional, a short walk(5min) from the metro and train station, or opt for the bus stop right outside. The facilities available were fantastic and the hostel is really well managed. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Rooms are tidy and well kept, with room service coming in every day to clean the bathroom. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Copenhagen."

"Good location and good breakfast. Very small room and shower room. Shortage of toiletries for our stay and also coffee or tea was not replenished for the second day. Good enough for a short stay, it has everything you need, good value for money and again, good location but, no luxury."
