"Friendly staff, hotel very convenient for main sites, with lots of buses to the door. The onsen was lovely and relaxing. Breakfast has excellent selection. Room quite small, air con very difficult to control despite instructions in English and pillow so hard, lumpy and uncomfortable we both had to stop using them. "

"Just a short walk from Kanazawa West exit.Bfast included in the room price which was great, n convenience store next door.Room was good size n well lit and clean but had only 1 mid size pillow, had to request for another. No English TV channels had to buy movies. Hotel has a laundry room which was great and offers free drinks and coffee at lobby area.Staff was friendly and helpful . I would stay there again ."

"I found the breakfast options limited. When in Japan I want a Japanese breakfast with rice, natto, steamed vegetables. The salad I had was okay but as a vegan, most of the menu wasn’t appropriate for me. A Japanese menu offers foods good for many diets. "

"We had the most wonderful stay here for our honeymoon, staff were so friendly and ensured we were looked after well. The hotel was spotless and the decor was incredible. The private dining was fantastic with lots of different courses. We highly recommend staying here! "
