"Vi har været meget tilfredse, dog ville vores rating være endnu bedre, såfremt hotellet havde undladt at spille høj musik udendørs helt frem til kl 23. Det afholdt os desværre fra at benytte altanen i det omfang, som vi ellers havde ønsket. Hotellet oplyste på vores forespørgsel, at det var en del af konceptet!"

The only problem was that we booked the hotel because it had a spa but the hotel did not inform us beforehand that it was closed during the two days that we were there. That was very disappointing. Check-in took a very long time, we had to sit for 20 min. before we got our key, hairs in the bathroom and one really big tuft of hair on the shower wall. Staff at breakfast were grumpy, tables were not cleaned and set to be seated for new guests so we sat down at a table with tableware and napkins and got a wave and bad reply from the waiter (apparently those tables were meant...

"I didn't like the fact that reception told us we had an hour to get to Dinner because they close at 2200, but when we arrived, it was 2130, and so what was supposed to be a nice dinner turned into a nightmare."
