"I’ve stayed 3 times over a 3 year period and the TV in the hotel hasn’t worked once. Always the same tired excuse at the front desk as the desk staff have to lie on behalf of the hotel . Most hotels have had working TV since the 1950s"

"To find a hotel with good facilities so far up north was a challenge, and im very pleased to have stayed here. I understand running such a business is tough and i see them making improvements. Overall it was the staff that made this stay absolutely amazing. Checking is in late, helped with our luggage and offered after hours snacks. Ofcourse they know people travel long distances to get to Inuvik, so they made sure our stay was comfortable. We sure will stay here on our next Arctic trip!"
