"I called ahead of time to see if I could try to check in early and they said the earliest is 2:30pm. I got there at 2:45 and the room wasn’t ready even after the 3:00 check in time. So that was bust since I was already late to set up the room. Then on the first room the carpet felt wet and it seemed like the air condition wasn’t working properly. "저희는 5명 가족들이 가서 스위트에 머물었는데 직원들 친절하고 서비스도 시설도 좋았어요. 근데 호텔이 전체적으로 습해요. 물에 젖은 지갑과 핸드폰이 liquid detected라는 메세지 뜨면서 고장은 아닌듯한데 마르질 않았어요 ㅠㅠ 지갑은 가죽인데 마지막날에도 물이 나올 정도로 습하고요. 한쪽 벽에는 작은 물줄기가 미세하게 간간히 있고요. 제습 시스템만 잘 되어 있으면 정말 좋을거 같아요"

"Hotel and staff were great. But they need some serious improvement on the wifi and the bed. I couldn’t t get a signal inside the room . And the bed was so hard. But all in all , it was a good vacation. Other than accepting the hard bed and no wifi service, i will definitely be glad to stay at Wyndham hotel again . "
