"A very beautiful property! Warm staff! Didn’t like the broken elevator which didn’t work for the 5 nights we were here. The walk to and from our room with our bags was not fun on the numerous staircases. We managed though. It’s an expansive labyrinth of hotel rooms, and we Likened it to being in IKEA. "Wonderfully tranquil hotel. A million dollar view. Few issues with ants in the balcony. Some communication issues - I was promised an invoice by email but nothing was sent. Additionally, I was charged for 4 breakfasts instead of 3. The staff said they were “unable” to credit my card for the additional breakfast,?which seemed strange to me. Very helpful staff and attentive to requests."

"The resort is ver well staffed- there is always someone to assist with anything you need. They make good use of the very tiny beach but once you are in the resort you are a captive audience- nothing close by for eating, drinking, shopping, etc. we had a car but traffic was challenging and you certainly are not going to drive after a few beers 😳"
