"Great property, good looking grounds, the staff were friendly and hard working. It's a shame i was there during this Covid outbreak and so the hotel and city were empty. My room wasn't the greatest in the sense that the shower didn't work quite well and the hand and face towels we were given were stained and hence looked dirty and were actually NOT changed when the room was serviced."

Victoria of the cleaning staff was very great and wonderful in regards to the cleaning of my room and greeted when ever I saw her around the hotel. However Grepseell one of the staff members at the front desk was very rude and nasty. At one point she spoke to my guest very rudely and nasty. She made it a point to belittle him. "Beautiful room. Clean, convenient restaurant on site that had great food. The included breakfast was awesome but the biggest selling feature was the staff, everyone was very nice and helpful. The front deal was very accommodating as i had a taxi pickup well past checkout time. Highly recommend "
