"We LOVED our stay here! The hotel is soo dreamy - the architecture, the flowers, the plants! Service was spectacular - we utilized their laundry services for an extra charge (only $5) and everything came back perfect, room was cleaned every day & they scheduled volcano tours & taxis for us to get to San Jorge for our next stop in Nicaragua. "Great property, good looking grounds, the staff were friendly and hard working. It's a shame i was there during this Covid outbreak and so the hotel and city were empty. My room wasn't the greatest in the sense that the shower didn't work quite well and the hand and face towels we were given were stained and hence looked dirty and were actually NOT changed when the room was serviced."
