"Location excellent, close to shopping and dining. Staff in the breakfast room were fantastic!!! No turndown service as advertised. Only done once gratuity money was left in the room ( bribe) !my husband and I were Appalled! "

"Staff was excellent especially a gentleman named Uncle Pat in Executive services on the 5th floor. He was very professional and respectful while engaging and went above and beyond in providing services to my elderly mother. "

"It is in a very safe and convenient location. A major shopping center is right next door. The staff are incredible and the facilities are good and well maintained. Meals are great too and they have a nice lounge and bar near the pool side that gets quite busy"
