From the balcony of our room, we had the most breathtaking view of the lake and mountains. It was absolutely mesmerizing and made our stay feel extra special. My partner and I spent just one night here, but we loved every moment. The room was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped, offering everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect—shops and restaurants are just a short walk away, yet the hotel feels peaceful and secluded, with nature all around. The staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful, making sure we had everything we needed. We also used the hotel's airport shuttle service, which was really convenient. "We stayed for 4 nights and were upgraded to a 4th floor pool view with balcony as apparently we had paid too much through Hotels.com for the garden hut. The room was clean and spacious with a great view of the lake. The staff were all very friendly and special shout out to Samah who was particularly efficient. The evening cover band and dance show was entertaining. Good location too. Only negative was that breakfast plates weren’t cleared away very quickly which encouraged flies and a couple of birds. But overall would definitely recommend."
