"We enjoyed a fabulous 6 day holiday at the Alion Beach Hotel. From the moment we walked through the lobby, the quality of service was exceptional. It is clear that all the staff really care about the hotel and guests. Our room was perfect - well laid out and a lovely sea view. "Have stayed here five times and will no doubt stay again. Wonderful hotel, set on the edge of Ayia Napa, just a hop from a beautiful beach and stunning coastline, and a short drive from Cape Gkreko and the Protaras area. The staff are second to none, from reception to restaurant to housekeeping. Excellent buffet breakfast and themed dinners. However, vegetarian options are limited, but they are very happy to prepare something special to order. Love love love this hotel. "

"Went in quiet winter season for a week (end of feb/ start of march) almost everything shut nearby but hotel was fine, staff friendly and helpful. Didn't realise I'd have to pay extra for sauna (10 euros/ hour) but food etc was fine and place was clean."

"I don’t often do reviews but with all the negative ones I read I felt I should as everyone has a different experience. Contrary to other comments the front desk staff were very helpful and kind. The hotel could use a paint and a refresh, but all in all was good! Breakfast and lunch for the all inclusive were a little underwhelming but dinner was always good. "The hotel was very nice and clean and VERY close to the main street in Protaras. We booked a room with double bed but had to change to a room with two single beds since the double bed was impossible to sleep in. It was as lying on the floor, hard as stone!!! But hotel was very helpful and understanding and changed without any delay. The room with view over pool, centre town and sea was very nice. The noice from the pool was zero, however count on hearing music and such from the bars on the main...
