"In the heart of Lyons-la-Forêt, a very beautiful building with La Licorne Royale Restaurant just downstairs. Staff, although, does not seem to know what is going on as they gave me a different room from what I paid and they told me that the room that I have booked would only be available in 1h time from the check in time that is 4pm!! The bathtub in my room had a lot of yellow marks on it, it needs a thorough cleaning before anyone is using it. On my check out, the lady wanted to charge me for...
