"Room was large and comfortable. Only drawback was the number of flights of stairs necessary to get to it. Hotel was very convenient to get to the Mall and it was on a road that transport could drive up to the front door which is often not the case with other hotels in Darjeeling."

The TV was not working. The water supply is a trickle and ice-cold....after many complaints the trickle turned warm, so you could fill 1 bucket per hour. The building is crumbling and in dire need of repairs.Cockroaches were roaming freely and the mattress was lumpy, smelly, damp and impossible to sleep...
