"Have a high hope for the place but I went from one surprised to another. The staff is friendly. However, the facility need maintenance and remodeling. The air conditioner is old school, it has no remote control, there is only panel control on the wall to adjust the temperature. DO NOT TRUST PICTURE THEY HAVE ON HERE,"

"The stay was very pleasant during the TET holiday break. The staff is accommodating and attentive to our needs. We had the Jr Suite which was spacious. The hotel is very central which was great for us to explore the city and comp breakfast was nice to start our day. The only slight drawback is the bathroom light is too dim, the TV had no apps for Netflix or international channels, so only had local stations, and the shower drainage was slow which caused overflow onto the floor. "This was a Business trip and unfortunately i had several meeting which were done on Zoom , but due to the very week internet inside the room i had to have my room door opened and set up a chair near the door. I spoke with staff at the counter but nothing was done about it. "
