"Service was amazing from the reception staff. Check in was faultless (minus the long queue)! The 4*’s were for things like the bath tub/shower area was quite dated in comparison to the rest of the room and not the cleanest, there was no hair conditioner, just an empty bottle but we survived. Rooms could have been cleaned everyday for the price we paid (almost £250 a night). Hot water was good, instant every time, no long wait for it to warm up. Pillows weren’t the comfiest, woke up with a neck...

"Everything was perfect I stayed at this hotel for 3 times during Christmas seasons in the past but 1 thing disappointed me that “ no free water in the room “ it’s very important for all guests travelling from everywhere in the world to stay at 5 stars hotel and expect to have fresh water after check in this point really disappointed me and makes me feel like I should be treated better at another 5 stars hotel"
