"I recently stayed at Ibis Chia and was clean and offered a good breakfast along with consistent hot water. However, the mattress was very hard, which made for an uncomfortable sleeping experience. Overall, while the hotel had several positive aspects, the mattress issue was a significant drawback."

"It is a great property, location is very convenient for us, we've stay several times and everytime is the same issue "the service is poor" no attention to the guest, specialy in the restaurant and bar; this time he bellman and the pool attendant saved the stay."

"Clean and updated hotel located near the airport. It offers free shuttle service to and from the airport which is very convenient if you have an early morning flight. Breakfast only starts at 6 AM and they do not provide a breakfast bag if you need to leave for the airport before that time. There is no English news channel in their TV selection. It cost between COP 25,000 to COP 50,000 to take an Uber into town. I would stay here again if I had an early morning flight."
